A legal disclaimer

JAVA Transport will issue a refund of the required deposit, minus any transaction fees incurred, if it can provide its services to another client following a cancellation. If JAVA Transport is only able to offer services to another client partially, a partial refund will be issued, also minus any transaction fees. However, if JAVA Transport cannot provide services to another client due to the cancellation, no refund of the required deposit will be issued.
